100M工業以太網：提高網絡通訊的快速性和可靠性大慶油田部分污水站反沖洗裝置處于手動狀態，存在不能定時反沖洗、反沖流量控制不、濾料還沒沖起就攪拌等一系列的問題，對生產造成不利的影響。本文將PLC技術應用于反沖洗控制，通過硬件系統改進，實現變頻控制自動反沖洗，提高系統反沖洗的質量，減輕工人勞動強度。主題詞：自控 污水站 反沖洗 1 引言??含油污水處理是關系到水質是否合格的關鍵步驟，而濾罐的反沖洗時間和效果則直接影響污水的過濾質量，所以定時反沖洗，按要求控制反沖洗的流量曲線是控制水質質量的核心。大慶油田部分污水站（聚杏Ⅱ-Ⅰ站）反沖洗裝置處于手動狀態，變頻器與電動閥不能配合，變頻器無法投用，反沖洗流量無法控制，出現沖走濾料等問題，影響反沖洗效果。整個反沖洗過程水泵始終處于滿負荷運轉，造成大量電能損失，而且每個罐都需單獨操作，操作工人勞動強度很大。這些都對生產造成不利的影響。因此對現有手動反沖洗裝置的自動化改造，不僅可減輕操作工人的勞動強度，更重要的是能提高系統反沖洗的質量，使設備達到佳的運行效果。2 工藝過程??污水深度處理正常過濾的過程是：由一段、二段脫出水經緩沖罐、升壓泵進入一次濾罐、二次濾罐后到注入站注入地下。濾罐內濾料經過一段時間后，會沉積一些污油，需要定期進行反沖洗，在實際生產中，手動控制反沖洗操作步驟如下：
1） 關閉待反沖洗罐過濾進、出口閥門，開啟反沖洗進、出口閥門；
2） 開啟反沖洗水泵，按階梯形提高水泵電機頻率直到達到50Hz；
3） 開啟反沖洗濾罐攪拌器，攪拌10分鐘后關閉攪拌器。
4） 上一臺反沖洗15分鐘后，關閉下一臺待反沖洗罐過濾進、出口閥門，開啟反沖洗進、出口閥門；

When any signal is generated, the signal is fed back to the PLC, and the PLC can switch the AC contactor group by setting an internal program to drive the i/o switch output, so as to coordinate the number of pump motors put into operation, and the completion of the motor start-stop, frequency and power-frequency switching.
