2. the materials and manufacturing methods used in the
fabrication of this assembly must comply with dell
specification 6t198. the materials must also comply
with dell environment specification 2x702.
3. interpret dimensions per asme y14.5m-1994.
4. unless otherwise specified, dimensions are related to datum
a (primary), datum b (secondary), and datum c (tertiary).
5. drawing for inspection purposes only. actual part shall
conform to electronic database. unless otherwise specified
shown dimensions shall conform to table 1.0.
critical to ta and process dimension: these dimensions shall
be used for determination and qualification of process capability
(cp, cpk) per the dell ppap process (agile p/n eng0000016).

6. assembly shall conform to dell cosmetic spec 6724u and the
platform specific cosmetic spec xxxxx. all surfaces are
class 3 unless otherwise specified.
7. parts are to be clean and free from foreign material. dirt,
oil, grease, or other contaminants are not allowed.
8. proper assembly of all tab and slot joints to be verified.
sheared edges adjacent to tab features shall contact mating
part.
9. attach ppid label approximately where shown and always in
the same orientation. label shall conform to dell spec 13190,
type (a, b, c, e, f, h, n or o).
10. attach coo (contry of origin) label aproximatel where shown
and always in the same orientation. label shall conform to
dell spec yt929
11. parts shall be packaged for supplier internal consumption.
