遼寧金碩彩鋼巖棉板的應用十分廣泛，不論是工業還是農業，軍工還是民用建筑，只要那里需要保溫哪里就能看見巖棉的影子。歸納起來巖棉板的主要用途有以下幾個方面。 Applying rock wool board is very extensive.Whether it is used for industrial or agricultural,military or civil construction,so long as there needing insulation,you can see the rock wool.The rock wool boards are used maily summarized as follows.  巖棉在建筑保溫上主要用于墻體保溫、屋面保溫、房門保溫和地面保溫,其中墻體保溫最為主要。 Rock wool is mainly used for insulating wall,roof,door and floor in building.Among them,the insulation of wall is the most important. 巖棉在工業上的保溫主要有： The main insulation of rock wool applying in the industry is: (1)巖棉保溫板廣泛用于平面、曲率半徑較大的罐體、鍋爐、熱交換器等設備上，也可用于船舶的艙壁和天花板起保溫、防火的作用; Rock wool insulation board is used in tanks,boilers,heat exchangers and other equipment whose flat surface and radius of curvature are large widely.It can also be used for insulating and fire preventing bulkheads of ships and ceilings;  (2)巖棉玻璃布縫氈主要用于形狀復雜、工作溫度較高等設備的保溫隔熱; Rock wool blanket with glass cloth is mainly used for insulating equipment with complex shape and high working temperature; (3)巖棉保溫帶廣泛用于大口徑管道、儲罐等設備的保溫、隔熱; Rock wool insulation belt is widely used for heat preservation and insulation of pipelines,storage tanks and other equipments whose are large diameter; (4)巖棉鐵絲網縫氈多用于罐體、管道、鍋爐等高溫設備的保溫; Rock wool blanket with wire mesh is mostly used for heat preservation of high temperature equipments,such as tanks,pipes and boilers; (5)巖棉管殼主要用于小口徑管道的保溫和隔熱。 Rock wool pipe is mainly used for heat preservation and insulation of pipelines whose are small diameter. 另外，一些發達國家生產粒狀巖棉，用于房屋天棚、夾墻的保溫;同時可以作為噴涂材料，涂覆于墻壁、梁柱或窯爐表面，用作防火保溫。 In addition,some developed countries produce loose rock wool for insulating house ceilings and wall coverings;They also can be used as spraying materials to surfaces of coat walls,beams and furnace for fireproof. 一、防火性Fireproof 巖棉原材料采用天然的火山巖石,是不燃性建筑材料防火材料，具有天然良好的防火性。 The rock wool raw material is made of natural volcanic rock which is a fireproof material for non-combustible building and has good natural fire resistance.  (1)具有最高防火等級A1級，能有效防止火勢蔓延。 It has class A1-highest fire rating,which can effectively prevent the fire from spreading. (2)尺寸非常穩定，在火災中不會伸長、收縮或變形。 The dimension is very stable and will not stretch,shrink or deform in fire. (3)耐高溫，熔點高于1000℃。 High temperature resistance,melting point of rock wool is higher than 1000°C. (4)在火災中不產生煙霧或者燃燒液滴/碎片。 No smoke or burning droplets/fragments in fire. (5)在火災中不會釋放有害環境的物質和氣體。 No releasing harmful substances and gases in fire. 二、保溫隔熱性Insulation 巖棉纖維細長柔韌，渣球含量低。因而導熱系數低，具有極佳的保溫效果。 The rock wool fiber is acerose and flexible,and the content of the slag ball is low.Therefore,the thermal conductivity is low and its insulation effect is excellent. 三、吸音降噪Sound absorption 巖棉是理想的隔音材料，大量的細長纖維形成了多孔連接結構,決定了晁宸巖棉是一種出色的吸音降噪料。 Rock wool is an ideal sound-proofing material.A large number of acerose fibers form a porous joint structure,which determines that the Chaochen rock wool is an excellent sound-proofing material. 四、憎水性Hydrophobic 憎水巖棉產品憎水率可達到99.9%;吸水率極低，無毛細滲透。 The Hydrophobic rate of the Chaochen rock wool product can reach 99.9%;the water absorption rate is extremely low. 五、抗潮濕性能Anti-humidity 巖棉在相對濕度很大的環境下,體積吸濕率小于0.2%;按ASTMC1104或ASTM1104M方法測試，質量吸濕率小于0.3%。 Moisture absorption rate of Chaochen rock wool is less than 0.2%in a relatively high humidity environment;the moisture absorption rate is less than 0.3%according to the ASTM C1104 or ASTM 1104M test method. 六、無腐蝕性Non-corrosive 巖棉化學性質穩，PH值為7—8，呈中性或弱堿性，對碳鋼、不銹鋼、鋁等金屬材料均無腐蝕。 Rock wool has stable chemical properties,pH value 7-8,neutral or alkalescent,and no corrosion to carbon steel,stainless steel,aluminum and other metal materials. 七、安全、環保Safety,environmental protection 巖棉經檢測不含有石棉，CFC、HFC、HCFC等對環境有害的物質。不會被腐蝕或產生霉變及細菌。(巖棉已被國際癌癥研究權威機構認定為不致癌物質) Rock wool has no asbestos,CFC,HFC,HCFC and other substances which are harmful to environmen.Will not be corroded or produce mildew and bacteria.(The rock wool has been identified as a non-carcinogenic substance by the international cancer research authority). 遼寧金碩鋼結構工程有限公司（簡稱金碩鋼構）成立于2009年11月，位于遼寧省朝陽市龍城區西大營子鎮，是集產、學、研于一體的大型民營企業。 我公司是集機械設備研發、制造與銷售，輕、重型鋼結構設計、制作、安裝，彩鋼保溫苯板、金屬壓型板制作、安裝、工貿為一體的現代化民營企業。公司注冊資本500萬元，法定代表人劉鋒利。 公司現有員工165人，其中本科以上學歷18人，專科以上學歷25人，初、中級以上技術員工21人。公司自有實驗室，儀器設備齊全，擁有超聲波探傷儀、覆層測厚儀、扭矩測試儀等相關檢測儀器，并由專職實驗人員負責，能完全滿足公司的要求。 主營業務：彩鋼板加工及安裝，夾芯保溫板加工及安裝，H型C型鋼加工及安裝，鋼結構工程施工，土木工程施工，房屋建筑工程施工，機電設備安裝，金屬門窗制作及安裝等。 |
