進口清關環節需要提交的資料：

1. 設備備案清單。

2. 企業要確定設備的中文品名和HS編碼。

4. 報關委托書，報檢委托書。

5. 設備的使用原理和用途，設備的整體圖片和銘牌照片。

6. 進口商公司的營業執照復印件。

4.進口口岸檢疫局辦的進口舊機電產品備案申請書 
5. 如進口的機器是印刷機就需要到國家新聞總暑辦理印刷經營許可證 
6.如產品稅號涉及到國家強制認證的需提供3C證書 
7.如進口國為美日韓歐盟等國家的還需提供IPPC(木質包裝熏蒸證明)
