①、務必確保設備整體水平放置無晃動傾斜，如不水平可通過調節活動支腳來改變。
②、務必確保插座接地并且電壓為110V或220V，電壓如果偏低會造成設備運轉不正常。
③、務必確保進排水管及電源線理順無任何折壓不暢。
④、多臺設備并排，請確保每臺機每條排水管，水壓至少達到0.5Mpa

一、設備不工作或跳閘
①、檢查電源是否打開，漏電保護插頭開關是否處于打開
②、檢查電源線是否斷裂破損
③、檢測電壓是否能夠達到要求
④、檢查感應器端口是否插好
⑤、檢查感應器是否會閃爍紅色燈光，正常情況下是閃爍幾秒鐘之后不閃爍
⑥、檢查控制盒是否亮燈，正常情況下是6號燈亮（手動模式）或5號燈亮，打開了缺水提示的3號燈也會亮，其他燈不會亮
⑦、檢查鏈條是否斷裂
⑧、檢查是否有異物卡死鏈條或者滾軸
二、設備出現異響
①、檢查鏈條和齒輪是否完好，不定期要加注潤滑油
②、檢查主動軸和從動軸兩端的軸承是否完好
③、檢查迪阿尼是否有松動
④、水泵有異響，可拆開水泵檢查下內部是否有鐵砂
三、設備進排水問題
①、設備不排水，通過以下幾點可找出故障原因：檢查排污水管是否理順無折壓、檢查水泵整條線是否完好并且各端口插好，檢查水泵是否有反應損壞、手動模式檢查排水按鈕是否損壞
②、排污水泵一直工作，通過以下幾點可找出故障原因：檢查控制器是否進水，檢查排水按鈕是否進水出現了短路
③、設備不進水，通過以下幾點可找出故障原因：檢查水管內是否有水供應，檢查水位感應器是否亮燈進水，檢查進水電磁閥是否有動作

1、 Equipment does not work or trips

3、 Water inlet and drainage of equipment

日常清潔保養
①、室外鞋的請務必每天徹底清理一次污水池內和水泵槽內垃圾及泥沙，通過吸塵器把泥沙吸出，換鞋的可隔天徹底清理一次。間隔性的清理皮帶毛刷，可通過手提水倒進毛刷處沖洗
②、三個月請對鏈條齒輪加注潤滑油
③、不定期對設備表面進行擦洗清潔
④、根據自身使用情況對吸水墊清洗更新
