上海斯米克銀釬料基本知識焊絲端頭與熔池接觸，并與火焰一起沿焊縫移動，焊炬不作橫向擺動，焊速要快，并盡量避免中斷。預熱與層間溫度：低溫環境下的預熱溫度應稍高于常溫下的鈷基焊條焊接鋼結構預熱溫度，加熱區域為構件焊接區各方向大于或等于二倍鋼板厚度且不小于100毫米范圍內的母材，焊接層間溫度不低于預熱溫度或標準（JGJ81-2002）規定的最低溫度20℃(兩者取高值)加大定位焊時的熱輸入：適當加大定位焊的熱輸入，增大焊縫截面和長度，并采用與正式焊接相同的預熱條件，不在坡口以外的母材上打弧，熄弧時弧坑一定要填滿，可以有效減少由于定位焊接引起的收縮裂紋.焊絲生產效率高、成分調節靈活、電弧穩定、焊接飛濺小和全位置焊接工藝性能良好，所以子啊焊材中的地位越來越重要，有逐漸取代手工電焊條和實芯焊絲的趨勢。安全衛生制造/生產過程中如何不使碳化鉻耐磨板堆焊藥芯焊絲內因管制不良而造成部分線材形成中空是耐磨板堆焊焊絲生產品質的關鍵。
